COVID-19 Antibody Testing 

for Members and Non-members

 

Mission Direct Primary care is offering COVID-19 Antibody testing. The cost of the telehealth visit is $50 and the COVID-19 antibody test is $50. We do not bill or take insurance for our services. Payment for the telehealth visit is due when you book the appointment. During your appointment, if it determined that the antibody test is appropriate for you at this time based on your health history, your test will be ordered, you will be scheduled for your blood draw. The $50 payment for the test is due when your results come back from the lab.

Just five easy steps to get your COVID-19 antibody testing result:

  1. Click the “Get Your Appointment” button to register and pay for your $50 telehealth visit with Dr. Hallgren.
  2. After you register and pay you will get a message on how to schedule your telehealth visit either over ZOOM or a phone call.
  3. During your telehealth visit with Dr. Hallgren, you and he will discuss the utility and timing of testing and order the test if you want to proceed. The test is $50 and will be charged when your test comes back.
  4. You will get instructions on how to get your blood drawn for the test either at the lab or in our office.
  5. Your test results will be in about 5 -7 business days.

About Dr. John Hallgren and Mission Direct Primary Care: Dr. Hallgren is the co-founder of Mission Direct Primary Care in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences medical school in 1995 and has been a board-certified family physician since completing residency in 1998. He is a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and has been an assistant professor of family medicine for the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Uniformed Services University. He has several publications in such journals as American Family Physician and The Journal of Family Practice.
